Michael Rafique-Marsh BSc (Hons) MBCS is a Lead Mobile Engineer at Soho House and Co. He is part of the digital team, helping to develop exciting features for the Soho House members app. Previously, Michael was the senior mobile app developer at a startup with over 1 million members having signed up. He is a professional member of the BCS (British Computing Society). Michael has a published app available on the App Store, Toucan Authenticator, an easy to use, beautiful app for generating one-time passcodes to provide a second factor of authentication when logging in to web services.

Prior to joining MedShr in 2016 Michael worked at Romax Technology — what is now Onyx Insight— as a software engineer helping to develop InSight’s Fleet Monitor software, focusing on the development of the user interface and the web service and also supported as scrum master. Before this Michael worked an iOS and Android game developer at Fuzzy Frog Ltd, liaising with third parties, such as OMGPop!, to help bring their visions to life. Even further back, Michael debuted at Schlumberger Ltd, where he interned on both the next generation of PIPESIM and WellBuilder software.

Michael is based in London with his beautiful wife, and handsome cat Mars.
